Trading Effect
Trading effect measures whether a manager’s trading in a bond portfolio enhanced returns or not. The return on the bond portfolio is compared with a chosen benchmark, if the return exceeds the benchmark, the manager has enhanced value, and if not, he has destroyed value for the investor.
