Saucer
A saucer is a chart pattern that is U-shaped. The volume declines on the left side of the U and is usually very low at the lowest price.
Saucers are considered bottoming patterns, a strong move breaking above the high on the left side of the U is considered a bullish signal. Sometimes the price drifts down from the top of the right side of the U before moving up, forming a “cup and handle”.
