1.Risk capital is generally capital invested in or available for investment in securities or investments with high risk. An individual’s risk capital should usually be limited to what he can afford to lose without ruining himself financially.
2.Risk capital can also refer to money invested in small growth firms expected to have great growth potential, usually coming from a risk capital/venture capital fund.
