Management Tenure

The length an investment professional or money manager has been in charge of investments, reflecting his/her experience. A money manager with a longer tenure, preferably 5 years or more, with a good track record in his tenure may be a good investment. However, past performance is not indicative of future results and favorable market conditions throughout a manager’s tenure may not accurately reflect the manager’s expertise.
