Kickback

Kickbacks are payments made to individuals to attempt to influence his behavior and decisions. Kickbacks may be legal or illegal. An example of a  legal kickback would be a firm offering $100 if an investor trades with them. Examples of illegal kickbacks are too numerous to enumerate.
