Investment Style
An investment style is the strategy employed by fund managers in choosing equities for a portfolio. Usually either categorized from aggressive to conservative, and from value, growth, or a mixture of growth and value. An investor should scrutinize the holdings of the fund to see if the investments made are consistent with the proclaimed investment style of the fund.
