Double Bottom
Double bottom is a chart pattern where a stock’s price makes a low, rises a bit, then makes a second low at a price near to the first low. After that the price goes above the highest point in the previous rebound and confirms the double bottom formation. The chart pattern looks like a W and is believed to fortend a bottoming in a stock’s price.
