Delisting
When is security is removed from further trading on the exchange, is it known to be delisted.
Stocks are delisted if they violate certain regulations and no longer meet the stock exchange’s financial requirements. It does not neccessarily mean that the company has gone bankrupt, but is usually a negative sign. It can be traded on Over-The-Counter(OTC).
