Day Trader
Daytraders are traders(usually stock traders) who hold positions for a very short time (from minutes to hours) and trade frequently every day, hoping to make a quick profit. Daytrading has become possible with the advent of modern technology, and became a fashion during the Dotcom bubble. However, few of them were ever profitable, so this remains highly speculative and not recommended for the average investor.
