Currency Option

Similar to an option on stocks, buying currency options gives the trader the right but not obligation to buy or a sell a currency at a certain rate during a predetermined period of time. A trader can use this to speculate or hedge, depending on his needs.

Currency options often include exotic options such as one-touch, no-touch etc.
