Cramer Bounce

A sudden gain in the price of a stock due to its recommendation on Jim Cramer’s show “Mad Money”. Two types of investors buy these stocks: those that want to invest in the stock on Cramer’s recommendation, and those that anticipate movement in the stock due to Cramer’s recommendation and are buying to sell to the first type of investor at a hopefully higher price.
