Cash Trading
A term for securities trading in which the investor or trader provides all of the capital needed and cannot borrow on a margin account.
In some countries, trading on margin is not allowed and cash trading is the only option. Since cash trading is not leveraged, it is less risky for investors. Usually, countries that ban margin trading also ban short selling, in an effort to prevent supposed market manipulation.
