Capital Guarantee Fund
A Capital Guarantee Fund is a fund that guarantees the initial investment the investor makes into the fund. While this may sound appealing, maximum returns the investor can gain from the fund may be capped and the fund may operate too conservatively to fully benefit the investor.
Typically the less risk associated with a mutual fund, the less return that is seen as a result.
