Black Scholes Model
Black Scholes Model is a model used to calculate the value of an option, by taking into account the stock price, strike price and expiration date, risk-free rate of return(usually interest rates expressed as treasury bond yields), and the stock price’s volatility ( the standard deviation of the stock’s return).
