Chairman of TIE buys shares.

The chairman of Titanium Metals Corp., which makes produces titanium products, bought 10,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.  In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Harold Simmons reported he bought the shares for $22 apiece Wednesday.
