Exchange lists

How can I obtain an electronic list (preferably in csv or tab delimited format) of the securities traded on a particular exchange (e.g. NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, etc.)? It looks like the securities list for each of those three exchanges can be found on the nasdaq site:

NYSE*Securities (NYSE)
NASDAQ*Securities (NASDAQ)
AMEX*Securities (AMEX)

Unfortunately, that site doesn't seem to provide the functionality to download a list of those securities. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Not sure if this is much better but it is a lot easier to copy then paste into excel, NASDAQ Symbols.
