First of all, welcome aboard. You'll find a lot of experience among the members here, and everyone is good about looking to share.

When it comes to individual stocks? I try to steer clear of advice, suggestions or recommendations. I am more than happy to pull up charts however, and look over a stock that anyone brings up.

First of all, I either look at a stock from an investing standpoint, or a trading standpoing (investing and trading are two totally different endevours). I'm not very familiar with past earnings or the balance sheet of SPW, which I'd need to look at as far as investing with them; as well as to see if they participate in a DRIP program (something I require of all of my investments). They have a nice div.

Just giving it a quick glance, (which is just that, a quick overview) the first thing that sort of sends a small flag up for me, is the disparity between the P/E and the Forward P/E. A P/E of 5.8 is nice. But having a Foward P/E of 18.67 is a bit worrisome for what the market is thinking about future growth possibilities there.
