I need some help please...

I am very new to stocks and am pretty much clueless on how selling a stock works. I was given stock in Mcdonalds as a birthday present many years ago. I would like to sell this stock my dad has most of the certificate and I am not sure if I can get it. Is it possible that I can sell the stock without the certificate or most information on it? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thats some old stuff! It is best for you to talk to a broker person to person. And no, you can't sell it without the certificate.

Online Investing

Patience is the key! The stock market, for beginners, is overwhelming. Very few people make fortunes off of one stock trade. You make bits of money slowly over time and amass wealth over a period of decades, not weeks. Stick with smart trades, and you’ll be set for years to come.
