Help with stocks and taxes

Hi this was my first year trading stocks and I have some questions on paying taxes. I received in the mail a 1099b statement from TD Ameritrade my "gross proceeds" were 2,750. Basically I bought 2,600 worth of LVLT and 2 weeks later I sold it to make $150 profit. Nowhere on my 1099 does it say anything about the $150 profit.
How do I file this gain?
Can I put it on with my 1040A and what does it go under?
I am in the 15% tax bracket what percentage tax is paid?

Thanks in advance for any help

I know this is horribly delayed response but curious, did you figure out how to file this ok? Figure it could perhaps help others in the future.
