Trading Commodity Options. Help!

I've traded stocks for years and have experience trading stock options but I would like to trade commodity options. I know they're traded but don't know where or how.

Are they traded on the CBOT or what exchange? Are there chains listed for, say, coffee with strike prices? I can't find anything on symbols. The commodity symbol for Dec. 06 Coffee is KCZ6, what is the options symbol for January 07 coffee with a strike price of 135?

Can anyone educate an old stock-dummy like myself?

Thanks. Don

Thanks for the website, it gives me some info I didn't have.

Now what I wish I had is a website that offers info on option commodities like is available from OptionsXpress (and many others) that posts the chains for stock options, etc.

optionsXpress | Option Chains: Calls & Puts

This offers all the info on QQQQ. The Nov. 06 call position for QQQQ with a strike price of 42 is QQQKP and of course the chart provides all the information on this position.

There are lots of brokers that trade commodity options and undoubtedly furnish charts and info through them but a call to them entitles you to being stalked, e-mails, etc., forever by their sales people to open an account. I already have enough of that.

I was sure someone out there traded commodity options via the internet rather that through a broker but thanks again for your info
