CLM - Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

For the first quarter of 2008, the best performing closed-end fund is the C- rated Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund. This fund returned 21.10% in the three months ending March 31. At 52.2% above NAV, the fund has been bid up to the largest premium of the top ten. One reason for the huge premium may be the monthly income being paid out at an indicated dividend yield of 17.85%.

The stock is currently selling at 5.82.

What are your thoughts on this stock (in the long term). Do You see it peaking to $10 as it once was?

The dividend is stable so I think it's a good long term investment at this price.
In the same style, I own NCV (11.8% dividend) but it's not as depressedly priced as CLM.

I guess the risk are different because CLM is a relatively smal cap and tend to be more volatile.
But I keep it on my radar screen. Thanks for the hint.
