It was bad timing to buy that high (highest of the day) and even worse to buy just after the stock moved 20% overnight.
You had to expect that after an overnight 20% surge, there would be some profit taking. Especialy with a P/E over 80.
In this case it's better to wait for wome gap, or to pass to another stock since you missed the oportunity.
Now, I won't advise you to sell because I imagine there had been some good news and these good news will bring a profit for the company.
You bought a little bit high, but if you believe in this company for some good reasons and if you plan long term, then you shouldn't worry about losing 10 or 20% the days after your purchase.
It's something that happens often. Very often when you buy stocks.
One golden rule is: Did something changed that the resons why you bought are not anymore valid?
If nothing has changed, keep them and see in one year.
