DTE Energy Company (DTE)

This is not one that's in my long term dividend DRIP portfolio, but it's also in my watch list, and has been for some time.

My father-in-law works for Fermi II nuclear plant, so I have a lot of interesting conversations with him in regards DTE, the moves they're making as a company (50% of it is not electricity production). They've been making a lot of moves into purchases regarding Natural Gas, and Alternative Oil sources for like, the last 8 years. I've been watching them for a while, and it's getting about to a spot where I'm thinking of an 'introductory buy' (just 15 shares or so). My time frame is around 15 years.

Good one. By the chart it's a good time to buy.
PE is very low, dividend above 5%...

Too bad I don't have enough money left right now for another aquisition (I mean for one more ticker in my portfolio - Actualy I'm in averaging down mode with existing positions ).

I wouldn't buy in right now. The next few months are going to be key.

Heck, I'm not going to be much of a buyer for the next 9 months. I'm expecting 35% drawdown from the bear market on the market overall. I might take a nibble here and there, but nothing major. My biggest position remains cash.

Ok, that didn't last long. I bought some the other day at $40.21. Just an introductory buy though. Nothing major.

Though it's worked out quite well. High $43.00 range at the moment . . .

Nice bottom fishing indeed.
I might buy some on weakness (if it's not too late, if it doesn't go the FRO's way).
