American dairy is the leading dairy producer in China.China is trying to increase the consumption of milk in its country as part of a healthier diet for its people. China is pushing the consumption of milk in over 200 million primary schools. If this whole milk drinking thing catches on the results could be HUGE!
Big market! But dairy is not traditional fare in the Chinese diet I am saying it may be a long slow road to build this market. With the backing of the Gov this road may be paved with large amounts of cash!
