Nacel (NCENE) First day in the Pink Sheets

I am long on Nacel Energy. Today is the first day of this stock having the "e" added to it's ticker symbol. What is it like for a stock who is going through an SEC "inquiry"? I understand they will be here for 30 days or until they can get their filings in order with the SEC. Should I be worried? Anyone have an objective opinion about this process of landing in the pinks? Is it certain death for this stock? Is this a case of "where theres smoke there is fire?" Nacel terms the SEC action as an inquiry rather than an investigation (SEC own words were inquiry as well), but does the SEC inquire when there is nothing wrong? I am hoping that those filings, which Nacel says are ready for the SEC, are submitted during this 30 day process. Anyone have an opinion if 30 days is enough for a SEC "inquiry" and subsequent filing by Nacel? I appeciate thoughful and objective input. No former Nacel investors need respond as I presume you have made up your mind already. Thanks in advance!
