About WWEI

I add this stock when it on bearish.I think it’s a good example of betting against the market.this company has receives $75 million commitment letter to finance the company’s second windfarm project on yangxi.About WWEI,Welwind Energy International Corporation currently trades on the NASD OTCBB under the trading symbol WWEI and is incorporated under the laws of Delaware. In August 2006, the company established Welwind after acquiring certain alternative energy assets. The Company is now focused on leveraging the experience of the management team in the wind energy market into the growing alternative energy sector in China and intends to pursue other projects in various countries. WWEI is a renewable energy company currently focused on the emerging wind energy market in China. The Public Company acquired a management team and the rights to two wind projects in China in April of 2006. Two of the wind projects are currently under development. The acquisition officially closed in August 2006. Welwind has negotiated agreements with municipal and provincial governments in China to develop 1,000 megawatts (“MW”) of wind energy in Yangxi and Zhanjiang in the Province of Guangdong, China subject to milestone performance achievements.
