As mentioned before, penny stocks are very cheap. This means you will be able to buy more for less. Lets say you wanted to buy 1000 shares of a penny stock worth 5 dollars. That would cost you 5000 dollars total.At the moment this is being written, that would cost you 427,220 dollars total. The difference is obvious.it would be unwise to invest in penny stocks. Great potential to grow doesn’t always turn into actual growth. Of course there are many penny stocks that are worth buying. It is just advisable that one be careful when dealing with higher risk shares.
