Bullish on Stocks Bearish on Stocks
I don't know what to say. I've gotten just a tad bit more conservative, but I still decided to rebuild a retail portfolio to catch some of the bounce.
I believe that being poised for the recovery is essential if you are bullish or an aggressive investor, whereas being hedged against downside is good if you are bearish or a conservative investor.
I am one of the few investors who believes that I may have been more aggressive than I thought a year ago. I am looking for that young Yahoo who says the DJIA is going to 3000 so that I know we've hit bottom. That would be a nice day. I hope the market doesn't have to go down another 30% for that to happen, which brings it to something like 6,047. I think the uptick rule is a necessity to help get rid of bear raids.
