Should I buy stocks tomorrow?

I am pretty new to trading and have 4k to trade. What stocks would you buy with this amount??

How long is your time horizon? Now probably isn't the greatest time to commit new capital, especially if you aren't going to hold for a long time.

If your investment horizon is anywhere longer than two years I would say then yes. However, it depends what sector, and sub-sector, you plan on placing your money. If you feel that Financials will lead the rebound in the markets, then that might not be a bad idea, but it is quite risky. Where do you want to put your money?
