I Don’t Want to File Bankruptcy!

In the current economy a lot of people are just filing bankruptcy to solve their problems, but that’s not the way I want to go. Does anyone have any good experiences concerning loan modification programs? Is it hard to get? What are the first steps? My favorite program I found was this Loan Modification Program, but does anyone else have any suggestions? I also found this program that might work, or what about using a loan modification lawyer? If anyone knows anything about these programs, please share!

I hear it is very hard to file for the type of bankruptcy where they abolish all of your debt. However, what about the type of bankruptcy where you pay back some of your debt? If you file this type of bankruptcy, will you definitely get accepted....
