Enterprise Value
I love this indicator and I think it one of the most under rated out of the whole bunch. Enterprise Value is basically the price tag of the company if someone were to buy it. Take the market cap, add debt, subtract cash and cash equivalents, and you get the enterprise value. This I think is a big factor when companies choose to pick up a company. I have seen alot of companies get bought out with a negative enterprise value (which in theory means they are free).
