DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY UPDATED INFORMATION ABOUT FORTUNE BRANDS STOCK? I'VE HEARD RUMOR THAT ONE OF IT'S HOLDINGS MAY LEAVING THE UNITED STATES. IF TRUE HOW WOULD THIS EFFECT THIS STOCK?
I haven't heard anything about Fortune Brands (FO) selling one of its subsidiaries. If it did sell one it would depend on which it was and how big it was.
For example if it only represent 2% of the total company then a sell off wouldn't yield much.
