Why is the Martin Nutraceuticals Stock Price So Low?

Hi, I own a substantial amount of Martin Nutraceuticals (MNCL) stock, and I continue to watch its price decline. Its price is now .003. Yes, I wrote that correctly. The price is three-tenths of a penny. I don't understand why the price is going down when I don't remember seeing any negative press on Martin Nutraceuticals. In fact, all the press that I remember seeing has been positive. Anyone who might have an answer, please let me know. Thanks.

Two reasons:
1/ It's a penny stock
2/ It's a Pink Sheet stock

The second point is the most worrisome: This company doesn't have to fill reports with the SEC about their financial results. In fact they just can tell nothing at all about their debts, sales (or lack of it), projection, etc..
About 9 .PK stock out of 10 are pump&dump crooks or pure mass e-mail spam campains. And i would never invest in the remaining 1.
That's why we don't talk about such stock on this board.
