I want this to come off in a nice way, but fear it won't...

$720? If you can't even round up to $725 or believe the extra $20 over the round $700 is important, how are you going to feel when your investment drops 10-15% or more?
I agree with anfern057, go to the library. I'll also add that you should increase your savings before getting "tips" from people you don't know if you should trust.
