Web 2.0 in the stock market

How one can use the concept of the 2.0.. the architecture of participation in the stock market. In fact I am in some confusion as to how the volatility of the stock market can be removed or at least tried to removed to gain investors faith with the help of the technology.

please suggest.

I don't think volatility will ever be removed, because there is so much money in circulation depending on the stock, that any big player that comes in wanting to liquidate will certainly move the security down or up. And, inna sense, that is part of the game as people make money off of this quick opportunity cycles.

Regarding 2.0 Market, I foresee a market where the stock exchange floor is no longer in existence as everything will be electronic and on computers. Until then, there will always be that "group" of individuals that has better access than anyone else.

My opinion of technology (this is a great thread by the way edgar) is that it will always be outdoing itself and making research and speed more efficient. We have to have to technology to have a stock market in the first place, and technology helps securities become MORE liquid than less. Liquidity is actually a very important piece of the puzzle because it allows people to trade shares. If there are no people to trade with, then nothing can be traded.
