Need HELP finding a stock screener

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a stock screener that will find stocks based on certain key figures (P/E, EPS, etc.) then export these figures to Excel. The closest I’ve come is Yahoo finance—it exports all the data I need to excel, except it doesn’t separate the numbers into separate columns (instead it places all of the numbers for a certain stock into one cell, which makes it impossible to do anything with the numbers ).

Have you tried the Reuters power screener? I personally havent used it before but I have heard good things for the most part. Dunno if it transfer to excel, youd have to check it out.

MSN also has a stock screener.

Hope that helps.

I use the Reuters Powerscreener, but I think now they are charging people for it. Somehow I am getting it for free, I'm not asking any questions. They might have a free version called Powerscreener Lite.

I don't know how to get anything other then your basic quote into excel (volume, price, % change). I use an add-in from MSN Money for that.

If you find anything for excel, let me know. I am making a big spreadsheet where I can keep all my thoughts and notes and that would be a good addition.

I just signed up for a free Reuters trial at https://www.reutersecommerce.com/off...nvesting#trial but I can’t find the link to the stock screener. I’ve looked everywhere for it. Is it online or do they send me software?

Something is awful shady about this stock screener. I went to see how I could cancel my subscription and they said “To cancel an active subscription, please click here and confirm that you wish to cancel your service…..[yada-yada]” Well that’s nice except there is nowhere to click.
