Hypothetical Question

Lets say you stumbled upon 1k bucks and had no immediate need for money. You want to put it in an extremely high risk investment and either get a huge return, or lose it all. No in between.

What would you do?

I'd put it all in far out of the money call options, or full margin in commodities (if I had enough equity to open an account).

I agree, putting it all into options would be the best route to go for the highest risk and the most possible reward. Perhaps out of the money calls would give you the biggest reutrn if the stock actually ran up

That'd be pretty sweet to turn that $1k into about $3k or $4k with a crazy options play, hell then imagine if u did it again and got lucky twice

As far as investing goes it is hard to beat the leverage of options. I might try my hand at penny stocks only other real leverage high risk one out there for me.

I would bet it all on some crazy underdog horse in a race. Go against 50:1 odds. Actually, after seeing the movie "Lucky Number Sleven" I am too scarred to even think about betting on a horse race. Maybe go the route of boxing
