agreements of online brokers

Hello, can anyone please suggest me online broker, which has the most democratic attitude towards its client in its "terms of use" or "account agreements", etc. Otherwise I can't take these one-sided super exaggerated rules, where you are liable for absolutely everything and you have to pay for everything if they consider it necessary for whatever reason. I can't find even one of them, where becoming a member I would feel secure that one day they would not be able to confiscate all my property, close account for absolutely subjective reasons.

Thanks.
