I hear ya. I can go without a lot of things. No TV? No problem. Battlestar Galactica is on break, and that's really the only show I watch. No cell phone reception (When I was out west, or in Mexico)? AWESOME. But lack of computer time? Yeah ... that's when I start getting the shakes.

Money, Money, Money!

I closed my Bricks and Mortar businesses in October of 2007 and went back to playing music professionally instead of just for a hobby. It is starting to feel like work though so I might cut back on that. My stock portfolio is sitting at 62 different companies in my trading portfolio not to mention my IRA's so I don't have much tome for other hobbies. I guess my hobby is really making money.

Investing in real estate is really beneficial as long as you are in the right place, at the right time because investing in property can be one of the most profitable and enjoyable forms of medium to long term investment. Careful planning and consulting to the right people is also a great help in looking for a good real estate investment.

Rufus, I've warned you again, and again, and again, and again.

What the heck. I told you to put that linkage in the sig. You had that linkage put in your sig, and now you have intentionally took it out. Where your posts show up, other sock puppet messages show up. You just took that link OUT of your sig from previous messages, and now have put them back in your main message. Your post has NOTHING to do with the topic.

Quit advertising.

(And by the way? The advertisement? Is exactly the cause of the subprime crisis which led to a solvency crisis)

I second that. Watch a good movie, both work.
