I'm not going to set exact % goals for the same reason I don't expect the market to buy my fur coat.

I think my new years revolution would be:

-Increase my total porftolio growth in each of the investopedia contests.
-Increase my live trading portfolio as much as possible. (hopefully at least 35%).
-Learn as many techniques and skills in trading as possible.
-Comprehend and know as many patterns as possible. (from Bulkowski's Chart Pattern resource web page)
-Help out FIO in any way possible.
-Continue on my recycling and lawncare company.

good thread, here are mine:

- get back in the stockmarket this year and do well (i'm thinking OIL)
- get preapproved, set up llc so I can buy my first property at the end of the summer
- continue to work out and get some freaking calfs

Anyways, mine are:

#1. Get better grades in school (I want to graduate cum laude )
#2. Get (another) job.
#3. Expand my business some more.
#4. At least double my net worth by year's end (hopefully all the extra work will make it easier)
#5. 15% returns on my real life portfolio (more is nice though)
#6. Get a girlfriend. (Not the most important though)

I run a computer business. Repair/upgrade/design/etc.

Basically just get a few more customers.

Don't you think a 25% return is kind of aggressive? (Nice though)
