Yes, after a year of work and patience, the Falkin Investing Corp. is now officially a nonprofit tax-exempt charity within the United States.

This means tons of positive changes to come.

Well, not that this is all our decision anyhow, but Blain and I are hoping to get some brainstorming done here in the next week. We both have some ideas that were put on hold for the time being, and now we can actually get moving on them. One thing that I can promise is that the community we be kept up to date on what is going on. I personally would like to start on pursuing some grants for us (since we can now do that 8) )
