It looks good, but I think you should add a shaded table around the text, sort of how you have it around the links on the right. Having it how it is, with just the shaded table on the right, naturally drags the eye over there, away from the most important information.
Adding a shaded table around the text will also eliminate all the, "white space," on the page. Sometimes, "white space," can be effective in layout, but too much of it can seem overwhelming.
And I'm not ***, we just went over this in my technical writing class.
