hello to everyone

I am new and I have a question. I am holding 3000 shares of fannie and freddie. Any chance of a rebound. I am confused on the govt role in all of this. Thanks

With Fannie and Freddie it's a toss up. The government controls them but over the coming years will alleviate their control. Will you ever see the stock prices surge back into their original values, no one knows for sure.

One idea for you is to sell out towards the year end and take the write off on your losses for your taxes. I believe both stocks are still trading above $1. Sorry I can't be of more help!
