hey everyone my name is ashley and i am a freshmen at western michigan! im 19 yrs old and live here in michigan for the time being. Im moving to chicago next yr to study culinary arts. Iv never really dont anything with stocks and i dont kno a whole lot about them. I hope to learn how the whole aspect works and ya lol basically im taking a intrest in this so further downt he road i can start investing my money

Man, just once I want to be the first to say welcome, lol. Well, I will say hello just the same. My name is Mark Zimmer, I am 20, and I go to Baker College in Muskegon. I live in Marne, Michigan, which is about 15 minutes west of GR. I am guessing that you know Blain (being from Western)? Culinary Arts is really cool. I like to cook, but my "skills" are rather limited. Anyhow, Good to have you here and I look forward to hearing from you some more in the future!

Hi Ashley! Welcome to FIO and our close community. We're glad to see you on here. Wow, very nice, studying at a culinary school. Did you happen to see "The Restaurant" on NBC, it was a reality show on a year or so ago. It was all about the inner workings of a restaurant in NYC. It was very cool! What types of food do you like to cook?
Nice to see another girl on here! I studied finance in college, but nothing beats the "real" experience of investing.
