I trade very little but own stock in 2 companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy (Six Flags and Eddie Bauer). Can someone tell me what is the chance this common stock could be worth holding? Will it become worthless?
Id say if they are bankrupt then you are in very deep trouble. There are rare case though were companies make a comeback. Just cross your fingers and hope for the best, and in the meantime read a book or two to educate yourself so u can avoid the same mistake next time around. Here are some good books to consider,
