When I really think about another sponsored individual event, all I see is the Falkin Series. We have these things setup and running; so it makes me wonder if we could just get sponsors to sponsor current contestants. Personally, I do not see enough value in sponsoring one contestant. Just being blunt, $20 could get me 100,000+ impressions on a competitive site.

Next thing you know, it is taking Joe to places where he has never been before and making the kind of money he really feels he should be making. With Joe being so lucky and knowing it all came from the work at the FIO site, maybe he would know where he wanted to contribute his next charity donation, as a sponsor for the next guy in the line up.

I agree. If we set it up as a team competition the rules are going to need to allow for groups to discuss and then as a group make buying and selling decisions. I peronally don't think options would be a viable option for a team setup. Opinions?

At the end of a year (4 competitions for example) the teams with the most wins and most 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, get a trophy that is the result of sponsors joint contribution (maybe some of the cash from the losing sponsored contestants).

I like that, you would just need one of the team members to be half way proficient with photoshop to make one. I think it would be cool to setup a seperate forum for each team, and the forum would display their team name, and I could load up their logo to the server and display it next to the team name so anyone going through the forums can see it.

haha, I was thinking about that as well. Since we can't only display where the team is based out of, it really isn't too big of a deal. If three of us are our of FIO and 4th person is from FIO and Investopedia, then I say just display it as FIO, or maybe both, I guess it'd be up to the team.
