So, do tell. Where do you spend your leisure time and dollars? Knitting, hackey-sack, underwater basket weaving, or caber tossing?
Back in the day I used to be a huge online gamer with War Craft 2. Eventually though at age 15ish I realized it had grown into an addiction (I was playing about 4 hours a day) and had to "destroy" it once and for all (ended up burning the cd to stop myself, in the process burning my hand really bad, but nevertheless I "won" ). Total investment = $30 roughly and a TON of time (I was at one point ranked 23rd in the world). It is surprising though how the basic concepts of management stuck in my brain and are reflected in everyday activity. I am convinced it made me a better skilled business person overall.

Now a days my money and time goes into the FIO . I probably spend about 4 to 8 hours a day (trade stocks while the market is open as well) "playing" and pondering new ideas, making changes, etc. I won't lie though, another favorite past time for me has been Scrabble. They have a free one at Starbucks I played a while back, and since then have found that you can play it online for free (thanks Kristen for getting me addicted). So, I enjoy enhancing my diction choices as well.

Beyond that, I typically play hockey in a roller league with my bro during the summer. I Used to be a big ice hockey fan until I found out that I had to start paying 50% of the $1,400 ice bill (this was at age 16 mind you); so now a days I just stick to roller which is about $100 per season. Any other hockey fans out there? Or maybe you were a War Craft 2 buff... share it!
