Well it depends if you are looking at the short haul or the long haul, and also depends on your market outlook.
Being a big tech stock, if the overall market is performing well, more then likely Microsoft will be too.
From a technical perspective Microsoft is a buy next when it breaks past $29.60, and is a long term sell if it falls below $27.80.
