I don't now. While the botom is definetly behind after such a news, I'm not sure about it rising to $19 with the bad mood in the market right now.
Even stocks with excellent prospect have been declining.
IMO you'll pick it for $15 if you wait a little bit. Then it can be a good bet.
If you have been buying already, don't worry, but the staedy climb to $20 is just for a little bit later.
Also the P/E is already around 35...
