If you set a Limit Order to Sell and the Market Price is higher than the Limit Order, will the stock sell at the Limit Order price or the market price?

For example, if a limit order is set at $20.00 and the market price is $22.00, will the stock sell at $20 or $22?
The market price, (or best available price at that moment). Because, when the stock is at $22, and you place a limit order to sell at $20, what you are placing is an order to sell at $20 exactly OR BETTER.

In this case everything from $20.01 to $21.99 is better than $20 even, thus your limit would be filled (considering the prices didn't change) at $21.99 or whatever the bid was at the time.
